About how much wax is put into a chocolate candy bar?

Not all American Chocolate is poorly made, chalky and unpleasant. In fact more companies are realizing that the American public wants a really good product and is producing better and better products as the days go by. Business people are not stupid and American Chocolatiers want market share. So in recent times we have seen Hershey launch Bliss and Extra Dark Ghiradelli has always been a quality product. Vermont Chocolate, Dagoba, Newman's Own, Green and Black all are excellent. So do not throw the baby out with the bath water -- pay a bit more for the premium chocolate. It is well worth it.
