I need help with a girl?

Well, this is going to sound weird but... I don't really know this girl.. but I just like want to get to know her. I saw her on Facebook and my friend was looking through her profile with me and she seems like my kind of girl.. but the thing about that is, that's a very exclusive and rare type we're talking about. She goes to my school. She's a grade up from me (she's in 11th). I really.. really... really want to get to know her but I don't know how... anyone? Anything clever? Or just good advice about talking to her in general? One more thing... she seems not really 'hard to get' (for lack of a better more appropriate term lol) being that she's not really popular and all, maybe that has something to do with the contempt she may feel in that regard... well anyway... she IS really good looking or at least to me anyway... but I don't know so much about myself, so I have sort of a sub question for you all... I'm slender, lanky 6' 3" blue eyes and brown hair... white teeth complemented by what one might denote as greatly defined abdominal muscles(or in other words... I have abs.) But... my eyes are crooked.. like one is 3/4th of a centimeter higher than the other... which also sort of gives a weird shape to my head... even with all of those desired physical characteristics (prior to the one about the eyes) plus the logistics of my personality/intellect being genuinely intact... do my eyes throw off my attractiveness?
