One 4.0 semester at a third tier college like Hofstra is insufficient evidence that you have what it takes to succeed at an Ivy league (or equivalent) college. They would need to see a string track record of at least a year and the curriclum needs to be challenging and not just social sciences (history, sociology). You might have a shot at a BU but not the rest.
