Need desperate help with physics problem dealing with collisons and kinetic energy?

I can help you with a) and b). First off, it is a completely inelastic collision since they stick together. Second, the total initial kinetic energy is the sum of the two intial kinetic energies. Find the magnitude of the two velocity vectors to find the velocities. Then use k=1/2 mv^2 for both of them to get two values of k. Add them together for your total kinetic energy!
