this works for either pork chops or chicken s. Put your meat in the crock pot - season with salt, pepper, garlic. You can add a chopped onion if you like. I usually add dried parsley and a bay leaf as well. Top with any cream soup - cream of mushroom, celery, chicken, etc. If I have more than 4 or 5 pieces of meat, I sometimes add 2 cans. Fill can with water, stock, or white wine to rinse & add to the pot. Check from time to time as it cooks to make sure you don't need to add more liquid.
