Philippine adultery punishments?

I am a united states citizen And I married a foreigner when I was in the service overseas. When I came back to america to start saving money to bring her here to the united states. I just found out that she cheated on me and is pregnant. I love my wife more than anything Dennis baby is a part of her so I must love it too. I want this guy to give up parental rights in give them to me. Can I sue him for this take him to court and win?
