Does he like me? just wondering?

I liked this guy at school since the begining of april. he is in my PE cl and we are friends we text and talk sometimes. My best friend who is a girl likes him 2 but she is cool with that. I told him that i liked him in he begining of may and he told me he didnt feel the same way but we are still normal friends. I think he thinks that i have moved on from it but i havent. the same week i told him nothing really changed between us like he was always a little flirty with me he would stare at me sometimes and smile. The following week he started getting closer too me he would swim near me in swim cl, he would run with me, we talked more, i would always catch him looking at me in the cafeteria. he swears he is straight. My other friend is really good at figuring ppl out and she thinks he is bi based on what i tell her. He doesnt like to get changed around other guys in the locker roomm but he is think and hot, he is really shy, he can b y a lot. He always stares at me. Anyway the following week he started completely ignoring me and i had no idea waht was going on. he did the opposite of what i listed above he even sat the opposite way in the cafeteria. now this week he is being totally normal again. My friend thinks that he likes me back but he just doesnt want to admit it or admit he could b bi. He also isnt very interested in girls. He hasnt had a girlfriend in 2 years he says he would b happier without one but he likes accouple of girls and some like him but he doesnt ask any of them out so that kinda makes me think he is not interseted in them. my question is does he like me? Do you think he will ever come out?-he is the kinda guy that keeps to himself. How to get him to admit it if you think he is bi and likes me? or am i just wasting my time and should move on?
