Ok check out this insurence question?

my mom and fiance and 2 kids were hit head on by a 16 year old illegal immigrant with no ins and no licence. my mom has uninsured motorist for bodily injury up to 100k per person or 300 k per accident. my mom and fiance were admitted to the hospital 10 days ago and are still there and will be there prob 1-2 more weeks. they will spend 3 months in a wheel chair. now i have GREAT insurence at work and my total out of pocket per year is only 1,250 per person. they should get money for pain and suffering but if the auto ins is forced to pay first we will have nothing left and still have medical bills. however if my ins pays first and they are still entitled to pain and suffering money we can at least get ahead a bit monetarily even though it sucks they are hurt this bad. my question: can my ins at work be forced to pay first? also, there is no direct allocation for medical payments on uninsured just bodily injury so i think that shouldnt be a problem. am i right?
