Since Jesus said " No man " had gone to heaven before himself; where did Enoch go to then * John 3:13?

I was taught and believe that Enoch went to lower paradise on the righteous side. The record of Lazarus the beggar gives insight into the state of matters prior to the work of the Savior Jesus Christ.
